I have clicked on the claim your payment button and it shows the incorrect email address, has .co.uk when it should be .com payment is stuck in pending, have checked all the settings and the email address is the correct one, any ideas??

Hi biggazchip,
It sounds like you may have listed your email address incorrectly on your eBay sell your item form. I would suggest that you contact your buyer and request that they cancel the payment and resend tp the correct email address.
Here how to check the email address on your eBay listing.
- Go to www.ebay.co.ukand log in to your account.
- Click ‘Sold’ in the ‘Sell’ section under ‘My eBay Summary.’
- Click ‘Sell Similar’ under ‘More Actions’ next to the item you want to be paid for.
- Find the email address you used in your listing under ‘Decide how you’d like to be paid’ near the bottom of the page.
