I closed my ebay and paypal account earlier this year but recently decided to start a new one. New email address, log in, password etc for both ebay and paypal but when it comes to adding the bank accounts I used the last time it won't let me. Does anyone have any idea why and what I can do about it if anything. Pointless having an ebay account if I can't buy from it!
