Can you tell me why my email is not in English. I have never had any purchases or payments made in any French-speaking areas. This is very disconcerting when I want to open links in your website and am unable. Please advise - something must be messed up on your end.
I would advise clearing the cache and cookies on your PC. Depending on which browser you use, this can be done under 'Options,' 'Preferences,' or 'Tools'.
If that doesn't clear it contact paypal direct via contact us bottom of paypal pages and a techie should be able to swap you back again.

Mine is also stuck in French and I can not speak any french at all, I have spent three hours trying to fix it... I can not even read the contact lists to message anyone. It is driving me crazy, please help me fix it.
Log in as usual then go to Préférences, then click on Plus d'options. Then there is a box on the left and the third one down says Mes paramétres. Click on that and scroll down to the second to last option that says langue. Click all the way on the right at the end where it says Mettre á jour. It will take you to a screen where you can choose English as your language and click on Enregistrer (the orange box).
