I got only junk from pypal but NO one want answer where is my GBP 449.26 that paypal staff stole from me. Seller send me cancelation number but no one from paypal wanted to deal with Seller responded on my question where is my money with
" I cannot give you any money, as Paypal have already refunded you. Please refer your contact to claim number PP-002-145-992-971, where you will see that paypal have refunded you the purchase. "

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c.
