Need some help please.
I have sold an item but for some reason, the buyer has sent the payment to an email address which is now longer used & not linked to PayPal. I have checked my personal details & cannot find any trace of this email address (am a bit confused on how they have been able to send payment to the old address). The buyer is also unable to cancel the transaction as it shows as "Completed".
Is there a way of claiming the money from the old email address & crediting the payment into my curret email address?

I've had the same problem. Luckily I still have access to the old address so I added it to my accounts under the Profile - My Details section - confirmed it and within 10 mins the money was in my Account.
Not sure what you could do if you no longer had access to the email though

Hi Suzansak,
If you no longer have access to your old email address then I would suggest that you request your buyer to cancel the first payment and resend the payment again to your updated email address.
I hope this helps
Paula
