I paid for an item on ebay via paypal yesterday, half from my paypal account and the remainder on my debit card (via paypal) but the recipient says she has not received it yet. I have checked my account & the money has come out & the status for the transaction is complete. Where has the money gone?
If a payment is showing as 'Completed' in your account it means it is with the Seller. It is in their account in some format. They may not have access to the funds right away in some cases but this is no reason for them not to send your goods straight away.
My advice woyuld be to contact the Seller as the funds would be available for them to see in their account as it has completed from your account.
