Money Has been sent to Seller but not showing as sent on pay pal

My Bank account shows that money has been sent to Seller but on eBay buying page and PayPal the status does not show as sent And on eBay is not showing as paid.Now the Seller is asking for me To pay for item even though I have already paid and don't intend to Pay twice and on top of that the Seller was suppose to send me Item in size large which I bought and is now saying all he has is A small.So I have started a dispute with him in resolution centre But the problem I have is that neither pay pal or eBay are acknowledging That money has been said in which case how do I get my refund Even though my bank account says money has been sent?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account if it is showing at all and it must be for you to have been able to open a dispute.

1. Unclaimed.

2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

3. Completed.

It shows nothing next to transaction yet on I other items I have bought shows as sent Meaning its been transferred from bank to Seller.That on "Status" next to transaction But why would it also show on eBay as not paid ? This Seller also has a low feedback score and is playing games with me which don't Help matters.Like after he said he only has size small and would I like that which I Responded by saying no I would like a full refund please.Only received 2emails from Seller and that was only after I got in touch with him. My question now is if I escalate my dispute to a claim and PayPal and eBay are showing Item not paid obviously when the review and decide decision it will go against me as they Both show item not paid which must also be showing on sellers page For him to ask me to pay a second time for item.

It must say one of those 3 things next to the transaction in your PAYPAL account, i am not bothered about what it says on ebay.

Go and look in your paypal account and see what it says next to it.

Ok...it is showing as "Completed".

Ok well firstly it is not marked as "sent" in your paypal account when you "send" the money. It is marked "sent" by the seller when they send you the item...so you know it has been sent.

Secondly if completed then the payment has definately been sent but if the seller made a mistake with their email address on their auction it could have been sent to another paypal account holder.

1. I would check the email addy you sent it to by clicking on "details" in the paypal transaction details and send that email addy to the seller and see if they made a mistake or if it is correct. 

2. Whilst you are in details i would also get the transaction id and send that to the seller and

3. Is the seller new? It could  be that he has received your payment but it is on a 21 day hold for new sellers so ask him if that is the case?
