Missing funds

Someone has sent me money through paypal, it has left their bank but there is nothing in my paypal account. Can anyone tell me if this is normal, and how long it takes to arrive in my paypal?

If you were sent a payment you should see it by clicking on your 'History' tab on your home page in PayPal.

Please do not send the item until you can see the payment in your PayPal balance.

Ask the buyer to contact us directly and we can discuss what has happened with their payment.
