I withdrew money from my paypal account and sent it to my bank account but unfortunately sent it to my old closed account. I have spoken to my bank who have confirmed that they sent the funds back to paypal 17 days ago, yet paypal can't find my money.
Has anyone had anything like this and if so how did they resolve it as I have spoken to them 5 times now with no joy and I am getting very frustrated.
Has a trace been initiated for you to locate the funds. If not I would advise that you request them to open a trace. This will help locate the funds for you.
