All the steps you mention above are completely obsolete as 'My Money' doesn't seem to exist on my profile, which is reading as incomplete as I still need to set up my bank account, which Paypal won't let me do. When I click on 'Submit Instruction' for the direct debit, it refreshes the page and comes up with 'We're sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.'. This message has been the case for 3 days now. I need the money in that account, waiting is not a choice. Paypal, you are dreadful. So much for your adverts about being 'Simple', which probably cost millions of pounds worth of poor customers' held money that you refuse to give them.
