Please could you help me with this as I am new to paypal and I am not sure how to do this on paypal. I placed an order over seas for an item. I then got an email back from the company saying the postage was not enough and I needed to make a payment for $41.96 to paypal. How do I do this? Do I just add the funds of $41.96 to my paypal account or I saw another option that said I could send it to an email address which would I just put in the email address of the guy from Customer Service who emailed me? I have been on the companys website to try and do it that way but it just gives me the option of specfic orders and specfic amounts to that order???
Can anyone help me please?
