Yes you will need to set up a selling account on eBay to list your item. Once sold you can receive your payment in to your PayPal account. Be sure to put the same email address on your eBay account as on your PayPal account so your payment will be received correctly.
I know the thread is two years old but for all those that are going to find it like i did i must mention that Paula is a little wrong. Ebay does not accept online game accounts auctions and explicitly forbides them.
So try different websites that support paypal payments.
