How to provide proof of delivery to release payment?

I dispatched an item with ParcelForce and have online confirmation of delivery from over a week ago. Is there any way I can provide PayPal with this proof of delivery, and will it lead to my funds being released earlier? Thanks.

Payment is normally released once the item shows as delivered + 3 days.

Go to the details of the transaction and scroll down and you will see a place there you can add the tracking number.

The tracking number is already added to to order, through Paypal and Ebay Just double checked it says ParcelForce Sent 13th September.
