How long does it take for Paypal to investigate a fraudulent transaction on my account?

Logged in to my account on the 30th January 2013 and noticed two fraudulent transactions on my account which I immediately cancelled and raised a dispute.

Since then the funds have been withdrawn from my bank account by Paypal despite my taking these actions.

How do I actually get to speak to someone at paypal instead of the automated system.. So I can vent at someone and resolve this?

If you vent on the phone all that will happen is that they will hang up on you.

If you have opened a dispute you have to give paypal time to investigate it and that can take up to 30 days.

Even though you canceled the payment would have already started to process from your bank account.
