Logged in to my account on the 30th January 2013 and noticed two fraudulent transactions on my account which I immediately cancelled and raised a dispute. Since then the funds have been withdrawn from my bank account by Paypal despite my taking these actions. How do I actually get to speak to someone at paypal instead of the automated system.. So I can vent at someone and resolve this?
