Error message: 'We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now.'

I'm trying to send money to a friend with a paypal account from my paypal account. I get the message:

'We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now.'

What does this mean? Do I keep trying? Why can't paypal send my payment? Can I contact someone to find out what's going on?

I am so dissapointed to see this has affected so many people and it seems that paypal does not bother to put any effort in solving this problem. I am so frustrated spending days looking a solution for it. I have already tried all suggestions from customer service and from this forum (get it verified, add new card ...etc) but the problem is till there with ZERO EXPLAINATION.

 

 

"Our internal security is most likely stopping those payments" is the answer that I keep having from Paypal but why do you do that. If you do not give us a reason how to work it out 

 

To Decay: "My account was too new to make such a "large" purchase and they couldn't do anything to help". This could be a correct reason for me if they consider my transaction of 50 AUD is a "large" amount. 

 

Hence, Paypal, could you please consider to make your CLIENTS' lives easier NOT harder by your ridiculous, annoying process that you call protection. 

 

I do not know what else to do now, just leave it as it is and pray for luck, hope it can be magically solved by itself. How about the other people? have you guys found any solution? Should we change to alternative online payment method?

This is annoying, an honestly ticking me off to no ends. i've had the "We're sorry. We seem to have experienced a problem. Please try again later." and i've done everything that i've been told to do by you guys on FB. NOTHING is working. im trying to send payment for something, and it's not working. Honestly i've only been using PP a few months, but i've watched my mother use it for years. 

 

I am displeaced, and **bleep** off. I Want help, an don't just link me to somestupid thing, i've looked at everything. I Don't wanna stop using paypal because of this one stupid thing.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing to send a payment. It is possible that our security system is preventing the transaction. When that happens, you can try at a later stage or select a different funding source. You can find more details here

I just got a visa gift card and am wanting to send some money to a friend for some artwork he made for me. Its only $15 dollars. And every time I try to send money to him, i get the same stupid message over and over. You keep saying your security system is stopping the payment. WHY?! Why is your system stopping me for wanting to send money?! Answer me!

So this has been going on for years as far as I can tell from this forum. I've been a PayPal user since 2009 and had never tried to send funds to a friend. It's sad that a large company like PayPal cannot offer a quick solution. Their website says that money is transfered instantly and it's just a big lie. I tried sending money all afternoon yesterday and last night; even called in and was on hold for 30 minutes only to be transferred to a 'specialist' who didn't do ANYTHING for me but further upset me. The reason I've stuck with PayPal is because I asked my friend to set up a PayPal account to receive the funds since I had not had any issues with it since 2009. We are both extremely busy and have no time to be reading computer-generated tips that do not do anything but further aggravate it's users. This will be my first and last funds I send a friend using this service and will try to deviate from using this service altogether.

Same problem. I contacted the phone by PayPal service, but she told, the bug do not come from PayPal, but the website. I tried on: Steam, G2A, Second Life, Roblox and Ebay. It does not work -_-

Can I ask if you have tried to contact your bank directly to ask them if they have been refusing your recent payment that you were attempting to send?

i am send payments to friend but every time error i already 10 times mobles verified but issue not solved why this error ?

The only solution is to use a different company for these transfers if you are not successful after the first try. PayPal will not resolve any of these problems no matter how many emails you send them or how many different customer service representatives you talk to. They simply don't care to find solutions.
