Error Page

I'm new to this and have just set up a 'Buy Now' button on my website.  The first person to try to 'buy now' received an error message saying:

'Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link'

I tried it and got the same message but two other people were able to buy successfully. 

What is wrong here?

My advice would be to get in contact with our Merchant Technical Services as they will be able to solve the problem for you. 

Please follow the steps below to contact PayPal’s Merchant Technical Services:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/mts
2. Click ‘Contact Support’.
3. Fill in the form and click ‘Continue’.
