Ebay payment paid in but not credited to my account

My buyer on ebay has made a payment but it has not credited to my account.  My account details have not changed since I last received a payment. I have not had an email saying payment has been received. Can anyone help?  Thanks

You have the incorrect email address on your listing.

Go to your My eBay, go to your sold items, where it says action click the drop down menu to relist or sell similar, scroll down and check the email receiving address, if you can add it to your PayPal account and confirm it then do so and the payment will appear.

If you cannot add it your buyer should have the option to cancel the payment, ask them to do so and then send them a request for money to their PayPal email address they can then pay that way.
