Deposits not sent - PROBLEM FIX

I like many others here have had problems getting the two initial deposits sent in order to verify the bank account.

I've now learnt from Paypal that the web instructions are wrong.

They tell you that after you've entered your bank account details to wait until the two small deposits are sent and then set up the Direct Debit.

This is totally wrong.  You need to Setup the Direct Debit before the deposits will be sent.

I discovered this a week ago! It's shocking that their website gives the wrong instructions.

Mind you, I'm still waiting for the deposits to be paid (9 days now)...

It's now 10th January 2012, and this wording STILL has not been fixed! This is a major oversight and a moderator needs to look at this. No screen shot is needed, it's already been explained where the problem lies. The wording states that you must wait for the 2 small deposites BEFORE setting the direct debits up, not the other way around. I've been waiting for around a week for the 2 small deposites before investigating, and luckily I found this thread so knew what to do.
