Currency converter question

Could someone help explain the currency conversion? I'm trying to see how much $380 is in British Pounds. If I use ths converter on my account page it says it's £621.53. But if I search  the site and use the converter it find it's only £234.73. Which is right?

Approx 240 but its going to vary a bit as the exchange rate varies.

I thought that was right, but the other said it had added on the fees.
