Confirming email address

I have been told i need i need to confirm my email address,but it was confirmed months ago. Anyway i tried to confirm it again,only to be told it is already confirmed. Can anyone advise.

When are you being advised that you need to confirm your email address? Have you received an email or you can see it on your PayPal account?

If you go to your PayPal account and then click the 'Profile' option. From here, you should then see 'Email Address'. When you click on the email address link, you should see the different email addresses that are registered on your PayPal account. You should also see if your email address is confirmed or not.

I don't see any reason why you would be asked to confirm your email address again if you have already done this previously. If you could provide me with any further information, it will help with us to investigate it further for you.
