PayPal states 'This Card Cannot Be Used For This Transaction' yet my card statement shows payment made

What Happened??????

When PayPal initially tried to take the payment your card provider refused the transaction, if they have now allowed it to be debited and it does not show on PayPal you need to contact your card issuer about a refund.
