Can't cancel a payment !!!

Hello

Tried to make a cancellation on a payment but i get an error message, is Paypal still not working.?

It's just showing an hour glass in ebay & 'unclaimed in paypal.

Could send a cheque to seller but want my money back first.

This has been going on for about a week, seems like a site problem by the number of posts at the moment and not sure why paypal has not fixed it yet.

I e-mailed Paypal & they asked me to check seller's e-mail address & low and behold it was wrong

so that's why it always said 'unclaimed' but i still can not cancel it.

Just going to have to wait the 30 days for a refund.

Come on wake up!!

This is Paypal holding on to our money and claiming interest on it before returning it to us after 30 days, it's shocking tatics and I have informed the BBC Watchdog programme who did a feature on paypal last week, I suggest you do the same
