Check your account for limits as each person may be different. If you have a yearly sending limit on your Account, you can view it by logging into your Account and clicking on the “View Limits” link on the “Account Overview” page. For this purpose, “yearly” relates to each calendar year. In order to comply with European Union anti-money-laundering and ‘Know Your Customer’ regulations, PayPal is required to collect and verify information from its customers. They must do this before their customers receive £1900 GBP/ €2,500 EUR into their PayPal account in total cleared payments within a year of them having received their first payment.
