Receiving a payment.

Hi, I have recently sold an item on here and the buyer claims to have paid. I still have £0.00 in my account balance and the status still shows as 'sent'. I have however received this email from PayPal and I just want to I is if it is legit or not and where I would send the proof to!? ----------- Hello Mark Dorrian, This email confirms that you have a pending PayPal payment awaiting onward transfer to your account upon receipt of proof of postage. I am having the same problem. Once a lady wanted to buy my car at a distance of 200 miles and agreed to pay petrol cost in advance which she did in advance but finally did not buy the car. As per agreement I was supposed to keep the petrol money she paid via Paypal but Paypal did not release money and eventually it reverted back to the payer. 

Now whenever I sell an item on eBay, I never get paid via Paypal and then I ask buyers to pay into my bank account. I  raised this issue to Paypal many times but they did not do anything except telling me that everything was fine with my account.

Now finally I have decided to close my account with Paypal and will prefer money to my bank account.

What a load of BULL!!!!

Its a SCAM , the emails arent from paypal they're from your buyer

No money in your account then you havent been paid

Paypal always address you as Dear FULL NAME, never ask you to click on links or ask for sensitive info

They never ask you to provide proof of posting

Next they will probably ask you to make a western union payment
