I am trying to make a purchase from a lady in France for a pattern purchase and the purchase won't go through. It freezes on a screen and will not complete. I spoke to the vendor and she said it should go through. Not sure what to do.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
