Can I re-add my credit card to paypal

Ok, for some reson I was having problems paying for a transaction on ebay... I assumed it was to do with my credit card and was ill informed to remove all my credit cards off paypal and put back on the one I wanted to use only... So I attempted this and paypal refused to accept my card. I went to the bank this morning to see what was going on there is nothing wrong with my card or my account but they mentioned that you can't re-add  credit cards to paypal but I only have one card and a transaction ready to be payed for....so basically I would like to know if there is anyway at all I can  add my card back to my pay pal account?

Hello PayPal,

I'm from Algeria, I opened a Personnel PayPal account and I add a visa cart to activate my account, I was asked to add a code, I wan't konw that I should have my code from the bank I made my visa card in, but I accidently remove it and when I want to re-add mt cart PayPal tol me that I could not and even I tried to add it to a different account but PayPal did'nt accept it. Please Sir/Madam I really need your help. Please help me. Waiting to hear from you as soon as possible.

So I just removed a card I didn't use just yet and I would like to re add it but it won't let me add it, do I have to call or email the company about it?

I deleted  my credit card each time i used for secutity not realising after 3 times u cant put your card back in

can u get around this as i only have 1 card
