Hi Sir, I'm having a problem with adding my card again in paypal. Earlier, I have added a credit card here but I;ve noticed I placed the wrong expiration date in the form and CANNOT edit it again so I removed it. So, when I tried to add the card again with the correct informations, it says that
"This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form."
😞 Please Reply and help me regarding this. I'm totally new to this. PLease fix this as I don't have any other credit cards to use except this one THANKS IN ADVANCE. Your help and reply mean the world to me .Thanks.!!

I ALSO TRIED SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PAYPAL BUT WHEN I'M SENDING THE MESSAGE IT SAYS THAT "Please enter valid last 4 digits" , though i TYPED it CORRECTLY 😞 THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING > PLEASE HELP..

I'm so angry! Why is there a need to disable my own card?! So, you took the money and when I tried to enter the damn code it said that it is wrong!!! And now my card is lost,my money are lost and no one is willing to help, I have sent some documents and nothing so far! I can't call the service... So what am I supposed to do now?

Welcome to the community forum. I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue confirming your card but don't worry nothing is lost.
If you have requested the code more than once that might be a reason why the first code you received didn't work. We do disable the card for security reasons when this happens but it is not forever and it can be resolved.
You would need to get in contact with customer service in order for us to resolve this for you but if you cannot call there are other options. You can send us an email, or we are available on Facebook and Twitter (@AskPayPal).
I hope we can help you get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hello I'm Apostolos, and I'm from Greece. I am totally new to Paypal, and i did a horrible mistake..I just entered the 4 digit code 3 times wrong and it blocked my credit card.
Can you unblock it ? please, I don't have any other credit cards to use except this one.. PLEASE HELP!

Hello, same problem for me, I write wrong code three times so my credit card blocked I cant link it. I sending document pictures from summer time and nothing, my card is blocked, why you guys cant unblock it? Its my card, I sent all needed evidences, so what`s the problem? What I should do next?

Hello,
I also block the card, but the paradox is that, this is the second card that I use in the PP since 2011.
I tried to write in support team, but the form does not work because the last 4 digits of the card "is wrong".
However, I already have the correct 4 digit code from the bank but I can not confirm it.
Is it possible to reset my card?

Yes give customer services a call and they can reset it for you.

Thanks to PP Support, now everything is fine.
Phone call from Bulgaria to PP Support is more expensive than I ordering a new card.
I got contact to support, and they reseting My card, and i added again card numbers and 4 dig. number from bank order and now is OK.
I think, the problem is in bank system, and people who is work there, they need to approve manually every money transaction.
