Hello again David,i write for my problem last week for error message when i fill the fields in personal information for lift limits.After discussing the problem last week, two days later I received a message from PayPal "Your PayPal Account Has Been Returned to Regular Standing" but limits wasn't lifted.A few days later, I received a message like first one that I had to provide the information,but again when i fill the fields in personal information give me the same error.Proof of identity and proof of address are marked as fulfilled.

I would like to ask If I can use the Paypal Business App to send invoices for items I wish to sell, I am do not have a Business Paypal Account though, Can I still use the App to send Invoices?

Hi @Daniel90.

 

I'm glad to hear that you were able to get the initial issue resolved on your account. It's strange though that you saw another request for information on your account to provide this information again.

 

Sometimes when you complete the required steps to verify your account and get this resolved, it can take a few days for your account to be updated and to remove the steps that may still be showing. Hopefully this will be resolved on your account and then you will not see any additional steps that need to be completed.

Welcome to the Community!

 

If you have the app installed on your mobile device, you can request money through the app. There is no separate app for business and personal accounts. When you click the 'Request' icon on the app, you can follow the steps on screen to request money from another PayPal user.

Hi David,

 

I am experiencing the exact same issue as Daniel90.  I am trying to lift the receiving limit on my account but everytime I enter the information at the step "Personal Details" it throws back a "We are experiencing technical problems".  It has been like this for over a week now.  There are also numerous posts on the forum about it as well so it would seem the issue is affecting the whole site and not just one or two members.

Hi David,

 

I have the same problem as scottcastle and Daniel90 here too for the past 4 days. I try to lift the receiving limit on my account and I need to provide some personal information, confirm the address and identity, but every time I press 'Next', the error pops out
