Hi David, I have the same problem as scottcastle and Daniel90 here too for the past 4 days. I try to lift the receiving limit on my account and I need to provide some personal information, confirm the address and identity, but every time I press 'Next', the error pops out "Something seems to have gone wrong. We’re experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later." Is there a way to solve this or work around it somehow? Also, I have a question regarding the proof of address. The only valid papers I can give as proof are the Bank Contract or the Card Contract. The thing is that the Bank Contract I have, which displays my address, has some other confidential information displayed on it (passwords, etc.) and it is double sided, so there is no way I could send it without exceeding the 2MB limit. Yet I have a Card Contract which displays my address and all the signatures from the bank, but it is not specifically a Credit Card Statement, since I was ordering a Debit Card. Does such paper still fall under the Credit Card Statement or Bank Account Statement, or any other available documents from the selection list? Besides, both documents - the Bank Contract and the Card Contract - I have are not in English, they are fully in Lithuanian (I live in Lithuania). Is that okay? Thank you in advance for your reply.
