Paypal have a frequent flyer card?

Was wondering does paypal have a frequent flyer card or something where you can earn miles? Seems like most payment services have a frequent flyer rewards program or card except paypal. Plus, I know I would be interested in something like that.

Yeah, but you can't earn frequent flyer status, access to airlines lounges, travel class upgrades, priority check-in/luggage, and the kind of things you would find in a flyer card.
