Just made a withdrawal request and got the message: Your withdrawal request has been held over for 24 hours while we review it for 'security reasons'. Never had this before in 6 years. Anyone know why? Are others getting this nonsense?
I tried to withdraw a small amount yesterday and it also said that it would be reviewed and would take up to 4 hours and a further 2 hours to be deposited into my account, then I received an email about an hour later saying it will take up to 72 hours to be reviewed... Its ridiculous, security checks would be fine for very large withdrawals, but I doubt that there is much of a security risk for small amounts of money.... Not very happy at all....
