At this time it's not possible to withdraw money from a UK PayPal account balance to a credit or debit card.  However, you can withdraw money to your UK Bank Account.

Welcome to our Community Forum 

snowshoe and kernowlass are right that you're unable to withdraw to a card using a UK PayPal account.

However, it sounds to me like you might be from outside the UK. I specialise in the UK product but I'll do my best to answer your query.

In my experience, card withdrawal timeframes will vary from card issuer to issuer but on average this type of withdrawal takes between 3 and 4 working days.
