to much time has passed problem

so i got my cashplus card to day its all set up addid the sort code and bank number addid my debit card  got the statement  s soo all confirmed but when i go to add funds  it says to much time has passed remove bank and re add ive done this loads of times and still it saying that  can any 1 help me please thanks

We can't confirm your bank account because too much time has passed since you added it. To start the confirmation process, click Profile. Then, remove this bank account and add it again.

Are you still having this issue? If so, I’d recommend contacting our Customer Service team as they will be able to review your account specifically and take action if necessary. If you click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of any PayPal screen and chose the option to call us, you’ll receive a onetime pass code and the telephone number.
