temporary held funds

Somebody ordered an item from me that I had for sale on e-bay with a message attached asking me not to despatch straight away, they would be in touch. When I logged into my PayPal account I noticed that the payment had been put into a temporary hold. My buyer has since been in touch saying that she has since changed her mind about the item and would like a refund. Am I able to make this refund with the funds being held, or do I need to cover the cost out of my own pocket?

I would make her wait, she should have thought about whether she wanted it or not before she bid.

Email paypal and ask them to send the held funds back to the buyer but personally i would not put myself out for her.....but may be you are nicer than me.
