problem with witdraw

hi

i have a problem with withdraw on europe account,

i make 1st time withdraw on 1st august and money comed back on my paypal on 18 aug,after it i make again withdraw and money not come on my Visa card,today was 3 september,im contacted bank every 3 days and they checked if im receive any payment,but nothing,money not came from paypal,ill contacted paypal support by phone but they not help me,they just say to wait ,but how much time i must wait ?

it was to expensive to call in ireland every week,and support skills was horible

I’m sorry your withdrawal didn’t reach your account

I hope the funds are with you by now, but if not I would recommend you to request the transaction trace in your bank. We can also initiate transaction trace for you. We would only need to ask you to provide additional documents and outcome of your bank’s transaction trace.
