NOT BEING FUNNY PAYPAL BUT I PAY THE £5 FOR A FASTER WITHDRAWAL BUT SEE TO ME YOU ARE TAKING THE SNAIL APPROACH TO DEALING WITH PEOPLES FINANCES. WHY THE **bleep** IS MY WITHDRAWAL STILL SAYING PENDING FOR OVER 12 HOURS!!! USUALLY YOU ARE SUCH A GOOD SERVICE TO YOU CUSTOMERS BUT RECENTLY YOU ARE A MAJOR LET DOWN PULL YA FINGER OUT AND LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

ANY1 ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS TODAY WITH THE FASTER WITHDRAWAL OPTION????

I've been having problems with the faster payment and the normal ones since the beginning of May.

Normal ones were always in the bank within 3 working days, now its 4 or even 5 days, faster withdrawals stay pending in come cases up to 24 hours and the money not being sent until after this time.

So good old Paypal are getting alot of money out of us for a service that is not being given. When asked why, they just give some old answer that they seem to pick out of a hat.

BEEN ON THE PHONE TO THEM LAST NIGHT TRIED TELLING ME THE BANK HAD NOT CLAIMED MY PAYMENT BUT IT CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME. SO I RANG MY BANK AND THEY SAID IT DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT I WILL JUST GO IN AUTOMATICALLY AND THERE IS NO NEED FOR THEM TO CLAIM MY MONEY!! SO MORE F**KING LIES FROM PAYPAL. RANG AGAIN THIS MORNING GOT A BIT MORE SENSE FROM THE IDIOTS THEY CALL CUSTOMER ADVISORS AND IT HAS TO GO THROUGH A SECURITY CHECK FOR 72 HOURS BECAUSE ITS A LARGE SUM OF MONEY OMG GET REAL ITS £500 I WON ON A BETTING SITE THEY CAN CLEARLY SEE WHERE IT HAS COME FROM. THEN THE ADVISOR SAID YOU MAY GET IT BY FRIDAY BUT ON THE OTHER HAND YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT TIL WEDNESDAY BECAUSE OF THE BANK HOLIDAY AARRRRRGGGGHHHH F**KING FUMING 4 KIDS N NO MONEY!!!!

There is no such thing as direct with paypal ..money in paypal account removed from y friends showing as balance , yet when i try transfers everytime paypal keeps my money for full despite fully verified for years nd both accounts had money going through paypal,  72 hours which means for that amount of time the money is basically stolen from me as far as I can make out because it literally disappears..this means that paypal must be accruing interest on my monies as they are stealing it from me and my bf.. I will be closing my account as there are other ways to do transfers nowadays tf ..thanks paypal you have left me starving for 3 days at a time when my bf has tried to ensure i have access to funds . P.S. PAYPAL I AM FG DISABLED AND YOUR STAFF LIED TO ME TELLING ME MY BANK HAD THE MONEY _-NICE WORK PAYPAL !!!!!!!

Hi Furia14,

Welcome to the community forum. 

This sounds frustrating, can I ask- are you referring to your withdrawals taking time to clear to your bank? If so, occasionally a withdrawal will be reviewed further by PayPal. If you see the withdrawal showing as 'pending' under your transaction history then this can take up to 72hrs before it will 'complete'. 

If you are not referring to a withdrawal please give us a little further information and we will try to advise.
