Are the funds cleared in your paypal account balance or pending?

Have you got your bank account linked to your paypal account?

Are the funds in the currency you normally accept?

Have you verified your account to raise your limits?

Hi noloss , (1) yes i have all the payments cleared in my account ,no pending , no balance . (2) yes my paypal account is definitely linked with my debit card bank details , thats's why paypal cut 3.53 AED or 2.01 $ from my bank account in Dubai immediately and from my paypal account as well means 1 purchase and i have paid two same amount once from my paypal account and 2nd from my debit card . (wow amazing calculation by paypal ). (3) which currency you are talking about ? My bank representative told me that " whenever you will get any amount in any currency by paypal, no matter it is dollars , pound or whatever , you will be paid in local currency by our bank means ,AED.

OK well first if you are posting on the UK forum it would be helpful if you said you are NOT in the UK so I don't waste my time giving advice for this country.

Now i don't know about your country but over here we can accept other currency payments into our paypal account balance BUT we have to convert them to UK currency to WITHDRAW them to our bank accounts.

Not sure if that would be the same in your country but best check as that could be the problem.

I have the same issue and I live ro Romania. When I ry to withdraw to my debit card it says "Sorry, you can’t withdraw this amount." even though I have sufficient funds in my PayPal account. I can't link a bank account to my PayPal account because the only option I have is U.S. banks, and since Iive in Romania, I don't have a U.S. bank account.

Same problem here. I'm from Latvia. Tried withdrawing different amounts in both USD and EUR. Always this message appears.

Hi Amir-ideal, OvidiuAC and danikus12,

kernowlass is completely right that the withdrawal process will differ greatly from country to country.

Some regions need to have incoming funds held in a pending balance for 30 days before a withdrawal is possible. Other countries also have a minimum withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits.

All being all, it might be best if each of you contact us individually on Facebook or Twitter so we can troubleshoot  your withdrawal issues further. You could also contact us by phone or email though. This way, we can identify the specific problem you're having and take it from there.

We are available 24/7 to answer private messages sent through our Facebook page (http://goo.gl/4BO8de) and respond swiftly to any tweets directed towards @AskPayPal!

Why don't you give one of these options a try for me?

Conor

Hello Amir. Do you have any updates on this situation. I was researching and as far as I can see it's a problem appearing in 2016. If you found a solution please share it, I'm sure it will be of help to lots of people out there. Thank you!
