I did mistake on ebay, clicking on item to buy item, but it was more expensive than the amount in my bank.(408 dollars)....but it took 91 dollars twice, from my credit card, (91 dollars for shipping and other suff)....Then I found out seller or electronic system sent 91 dollars back, also twice....probably because it was not whole amount for item. But when I wanted to withdraw it from paypal to my bank, there is written that I can not withdraw it, because there is 0,00 balance, though they gave me the money back. I dont use paypal ften, but I dont understand if they sent it back, why I can not withdraw it.
