help with funding

hi all can anyone help? imade a purchase on ebay on 1/12/2010 and had to pay by e cheque. i know this will take time to clear but i checked my bank today and seen paypal have been payed but in my account it is saying tht the funds have not cleared

Hi there Robbo61,

Although your payment may have been debited from your bank account, a bank funded payment takes in total between 5 and 7 working days to complete processing between your bank account and the PayPal system. You would have originally sent the payment on the 1st of December 2010, it would not have been debited from your bank account until the 4th of December, it would then take the remaining time to be processed between your bank's and PayPal's processing systems.

We will then transfer the funds to your seller when they complete processing from your bank account.
