Hi Toniboro,

Does the charge show eBay Europe Sarl next to it? If so, this is a charge for eBay seller fees, I would suggest contacting eBay directly and they will be able to help with a breakdown of these fees.

Let us know how you get on,

Siobhan

I am having €19.18 taken out of my Spanish account each month by  PayPal Europe sarl I cannot find anything that I have agreed to and have never sold anything on Ebay.  I would be most grateful if you could help me or at least point me in the right direction to stop any further payments being taken out

Many thanks

You may not have sold anything but have you listed anything??

if you list with any upgrades ie extra piccies / BIN's etc then you would still pay a fee.

Go and look in your "my ebay > seller account."

Hi Paula,

i noticed that that your the admin for PayPal. Can I ask you a question.

i recently received an email saying I owe eBay Europe Sarl £17.99 and I don't know why?? I haven't sold anything lately apart from last month which I sold for £180 but only received £173 of the money so I'm confused.

can you help?

regards

@Jamesm25

You pay EBAY about 10% for every sale you make so you sold something for £180 and so your EBAY fee was £18 (or £17.99).

Then you pay PAYPAL 3.4% + 20p per transaction so that your £180 = £173.

Your EBAY fees are invoiced to your monthly but your PAYPAL fee is deducted before the rest of the payment is credited to your paypal account balance.
