Hello. 
Today I got paid for some of my stuff through the paypal (I'm new to it). Everything went smooth and I decided to withdraw some money from my paypal to my bank account and I still didn't get the money. Clicked on details and I saw this:
What is the problem and how can I fix it?

nothing we all get that sometimes.

can be up to 72 hours but if its going to be over 24 you normally get an email.

Still have nothing in my bank account and paypal is saying : Pending.

Most withdrawals will go through fairly quickly however some withdrawals can be held for further review. These reviews can take 24-72hours to be completed, with 72 hours being the longest timeframe.

Paula why don't you just admit that PayPal holding funds is part of a deliberate act for PayPal to earn money?

Paypal doesn't give two **bleep** about it's customers LOL.

Closing an account:

Before you close your account please be sure there’s no money in your PayPal balance and that your financial details have been removed. If there is a balance, withdraw the money to your bank account. Once your balance is zero, remove your bank and card details.

To close your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Select My account settings.
4. In the Account Type section, click Close account and follow the instructions.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before it can be closed.

Note: It’s not possible to reopen an account once it has been closed but you can sign up for a new account instead.
