Hello, I requested for withdrawal on 2 FEB, I waited for 3 days but transaction was still showing pending, so I contacted customer care on 5 Feb and told them that it is still showing pending, the customer care cancelled that transaction for which I waited for 3 days, I asked why she cancelled the transaction, she told me that she did it by mistake and apologized to me. Now on 5 FEB I requested for another withdrawal, after awful customer care I thought to send them mail. I provided information regarding my transactions and I received a mail They added "If the withdrawal hasn't yet finished processing, a recall may further delay or cancel the transaction" What does this mean? If I ask them why my withdrawal is pending they will cancel the transaction and charge me 5$ everytime?
