Hello. I am from Bulgaria and live in Bulgaria.
I just got back from US and i transfered all my PayPal balance from US PayPal to my Bulgaria PayPal. Now i wish to withdraw my Bulgarian PayPal balance to my linked and confirmed Bulgarian Visa Electron Card.
On Friday i made one withdraw for 500USD and today i saw the transfer was completed. I wanted to transfer another 500USD today (since there is 500USD daily limit) but i get the message "You cannot complete this transaction at this time."
What do i do? I need my money. I dont use my PayPal to sell anything. I just work for a UK company for many years now and i have always used PayPal for them to pay me and never had a problem while i was in the US.

Welcome to the forum. I am sorry to hear that you are having these issues. Are you currently in Bulgaria and logging in from your home computer? If not, you may have issues completing the withdrawal.

Hello and thanks for replying.
As i write this i am sitting in Bulgaria in my chair at my home at my PC and have not even moved much for the last 5 days. I made one withdraw on friday 18 last wekk and today i saw it was complete from PayPal's side. I wanted to withdraw another 500 USD as i need my money but them i got the message that the transaction cannot be completed at this time.
One more question - Do PayPal staff able to read cyrillic as i have submited proof of identification (an ID and Bank statement) in order to try and lift my Recieving Limit? If not, what am i suppose to do to lift this limit as every single proof of ID i can find will be in cyrillic as i live in a cyrillic using country.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still unable to make this payment through your account. If you contact us directly, we can look into this further on your behalf and try to assist you with getting it resolved on PayPal.
Regarding documents that you have been asked to provide in order to get your account verified. We do have different teams within PayPal that can review documents in different languages in order to help customers with getting their accounts verified.

Dear Jessica
First I have had problem on my account using classic withdraw money option it is giving me an error "Internal Server issue" but on forum I found one link paypal.com/wdfounds that is allowing me to select card and giving me option how much money I want to transfer (same like on withdraw but just looks old like old paypal website), anyhow when I tried to withdraw founds using that link, new error appeared stating next "You cannot complete this transaction at this time". Can you please tell me what to do? If you need some of my contacts I can give you next: Skype, Viber, Whatsapp, Facebook.
