I sold an item on eBay of which the buyer payed for, the funds were pending in my PayPal account so I posted and included the tracking number. The money was due to be available in my papal today (7days after sale). So I got an email this morning telling me my funds were now available. Great right!?? Well then I tried to transfer from my PayPal balance into my bank account and now it is saying pending AGAIN...? I'm not new to PayPal have used many times and every time my payments have instantly gone straight into my bank account, Iv never had it 'pending' Iv waited long enough for my money, the buyer has his item of which he has left feedback and is happy with so what is the problem with me receiving my money??
