Why may my account still say pending? Could it mean I haven't verified the account. If so how do I do that please

Pending where?

Payment pending INTO your account from a buyer?

Pending IN your account balance awaiting clearance from an ebay sale etc?

Pending withdrawal TO your bank account?

Pending payment TO a company?

Pending payment that has not been claimed by a seller?
