About 5 days ago I linked a bank account to my PayPal. It said that my account would be verified 2-3 days after a small deposit would be made and I would have to verify it. I went to check with my bank and I see that two small deposits under a dollar were made but not refunded. I assumed these were the deposits PayPal was going to make. Today I check back and my bank is no longer linked and when I try to verify myself it says "Unkown Error Occurred" or something like that.
