Transferring money to Taiwan post office bank account... How long does it take??

I transferred some money to my Taiwan bank account on the 6th of November. Paypal tells me I will be able to see the money in my account on the 18th. Today is the 18th and my account balance stayed the same... Should I be worried? I've heard cases that the money transfer takes up to a month or more.

Yes, contact them. They will tell you "Maybe somewhere next week..."
Unable to make a simple money transfer within 3 (soon 4) weeks. This is really unbelievable.

How long did it take for them to respond to you? I emailed them on 19th and still no response whatsoever from customer services...

My problem is still not solved. It's the 20th and money is still not appearing in my bank account.

You need to call. These people do not reply mails, actually they don't have customer support at all, thats why the "contact" button is so hidden on their website.
i finally received a part of my transfers, but still a lot pending. They told me to wait more days. And every of their workers will tell you something different, as this website by now didn't give any official statement about a problem which occurs to every taiwanese member, a problem coursed by their own bank. They really should start to become more safe and serious, or just tell the truth, that would make everything so much more easy.

Do you know if Paypal here in Taiwan can speak English? My Chinese isn't all that well....

So called Paypal and told me the exact same thing X____X;; that this is "a problem affecting all Taiwan Paypal users at the moment, but it will be fixed shortly and if not you will see the funds returned to your Paypal".
Has anyone tried transferring USD to their foreign account in Taiwan and it has gone through?
