Transfer money into paypal

Why are paypals bank details come up as account closed when I try to transfer money in, I have to change them every time I pay in.

Are you trying to top up your PayPal account from your online banking? I haven't heard of any issues experienced by customers when they are trying to top up their account from their online banking.

If you are receiving error messages, could you try using a different browser and see if this helps? Alternatively, you could try contacting customer services directly and we will be able to look into this further for you and try help you with any further queries if you need.
