Security hold on withdrawal

So I had money put in Friday I pulled 1200 out to pay bills. Saturday attempted to get some spending cash and all of a sudden security hold on my withdraw. Called was told by manager that they have no control over this. I verified my card went to dollar general won't do cash back. Been 16 hours so far had plans with my kid Sunday and no money for gas to even get there. This is seriously becoming a issue. I have no idea what to do I am locked out of my money. No one ever even told me this was a possibility.

I understand that having your withdrawal on hold can be frustrating. Usually, the maximum amount of time that the transfer might take is 72 hours. Once it shows as completed on your PayPal activity, you should be able to see the money in your bank account within a couple of hours. 

Generally withdrawals complete within 2 hours but we will may put a withdrawal on hold for further review. You can find more information here.
